Shipping & Delivery

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and eligible United States addresses. Available services, shipping cost and estimated delivery timing are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Processing

Orders must be processed before they are transferred to the carrier. During launches, limited drops and promotional periods, processing may take longer because of increased order volume.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can occasionally be delayed.

Address accuracy

Please review the complete shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible at contactus@borikencrew.com if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
