Frequently Asked Questions

When does Boriken Crew launch?

The official launch is September 26, 2026.

What is the Founding 500 offer?

The first 500 qualified customers who complete their first purchase beginning on launch day may receive 20% off with code FOUNDING20 and a $25 surprise gift, subject to eligibility, inventory and the final promotion terms. The gift has no cash value and is limited to one qualifying customer/order.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

Yes. Puerto Rico delivery options are displayed at checkout for eligible addresses.

How do I choose a size?

Use the chart on the product page and compare the measurements with a shirt you already own. Visit our Size & Fit Guide for measuring instructions.

How should I care for my shirt?

Follow the care label on the garment. To help preserve printed artwork, wash inside out with like colors, use a gentle cycle and avoid ironing directly over the design.

Can discount offers be combined?

Discount combinations depend on the rules shown with each promotion and at checkout. If Shopify does not accept two offers together, they cannot be combined for that order.

How can I contact Boriken Crew?
